Application Process
Applying to NCS
We accept students year-round, provided there is space available in the desired grade. Applications can be submitted over a year in advance.
Admissions Checklist and Forms
To streamline the admissions process, please provide the following:
- For preschool applications, please complete the online application. After submission, a 45-minute observation will be scheduled with the preschool director.
- For Kindergarten through 5th grade: Submit a completed application along with either a shadow day or readiness test (exceptions may apply for out-of-town applicants).
- For 6th–12th grade: A completed application, the most recent report card, and standardized test scores are required for consideration. While a shadow day is recommended, it is not mandatory.
Upon acceptance, a non-refundable registration fee of $250 is required for all grade levels.
Before the first day of school, the following documents are necessary: Florida Health Form 680, Florida Health Form 3040, a copy of the student’s birth certificate, and a copy of the student’s social security card.
Touring
Northside Christian School offers private campus tours for parents and students, available Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM. To schedule your visit, please email Tessa.Madasz@ncsschools.com or call 727-541-7593 and select Option 1.
Shadowing
- Students in grades 6–12 are welcome to shadow a current student for a full school day on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Fridays.
- For students in Kindergarten through 5th grade, shadow days are available any weekday, Monday through Friday.
- Lunch is on us! Drop-off is at 8:00 AM, and pick-up is at 2:30 PM.
