What is Blackbaud? What is a Blackbaud ID?
Northside Christian’s Blackbaud app (nck12.myschoolapp.com) serves as the school's primary database and "parent portal". Parents can access various school forms, enrollment contracts, schedules etc.
Blackbaud requires all users to use "Blackbaud ID" authentication, also referred to as "BBID", in order to meet enhanced security protocols. Blackbaud ID is simply a specific platform of logging into Blackbaud that uses your email address as a username. By using Blackbaud ID, your data is secured behind stronger authentication standards.
What is my Blackbaud ID?
Your Blackbaud ID is the email address on file with Northside Christian School. If you are unsure what that email address is, or if you wish to change your email address on file, please contact our Registrar.
I forgot my password -OR- I want to change my password.
If you have forgotten your Blackbaud ID password, you can reset it online. To keep your login secure, Northside Christian School team members do not have access to your password and cannot assign temporary passwords.
Non-Gmail Users:
- Navigate to the Northside Christian School Blackbaud app (nck12.myschoolapp.com)
- Enter your BBID (your connected email address). Select NEXT.
- Enter your email (if it is not prefilled) then click continue.
- Under the password box, click the "Forgot password?" link.
Gmail Users:
If you created a Blackbaud ID with the "Sign in with Google" button, you will manage your password through your Google account.
